Throwing Courses

Suitable for beginners, improvers and intermediates, these short courses have a maximum of 4 people meaning you get lots of help and support.

Beginners and Improvers will work on centring clay, pulling up straight-sided cylinders, then shaping.

Intermediates will focus on improving technique, exploring new forms, and working with larger pieces of clay.

You can keep your 3 best pieces for firing and glazing, the rest we will cut in half to see where you are doing well and where you can improve.
